2500 kVA Pad Mounted Transformer Types

Daelim can produce two types of Three Phase Pad Mounted Transformer. Loop feed (hav 6 HV bushings) and Radial feed (have 3HV bushings). ELSP fuse, Bay-O-Net Fuse, LB switch, breaker are all available based on your needs.

2500 kVA Pad Mounted Transformer Core

In order to reduce turbine loss and hysteresis loss, Daelim use 0.27-0.35MM thick cold-rolled silicon steel sheet (grade 70, 80, 90) with lower unit loss as the iron core of the transformer. And it adopts 45-degree multi-level full oblique stacking, which can not only reduce the no-load loss of the transformer for you, but also reduce the noise and improve the performance of the transformer.

The winding is the circuit part of the pad mounted transformer, which is generally made of copper or aluminum wire wrapped with insulating paper and then wound. Based on the customer's requirements for the technical parameters of the pad mounted transformer, Daelim use the copper wire or aluminum wire with the most suitable cross-sectional area to help you reduce costs while reducing the load loss of the transformer.
