Delta Wye Transformer Types

Daelim can produce two types of Delta Wye Transformer Transformer. Loop feed (hav 6 HV bushings) and Radial feed (have 3HV bushings). ELSP fuse, Bay-O-Net Fuse, LB switch, breaker are all available based on your needs.

Delta Wye Pad Mounted Transformer Core

In order to reduce turbine loss and hysteresis loss, Daelim use 0.27-0.35MM thick cold-rolled silicon steel sheet (grade 70, 80, 90) with lower unit loss as the iron core of the pad moutned transformer. And it adopts 45-degree multi-level full oblique stacking, which can not only reduce the no-load loss of the transformer for you, but also reduce the noise and improve the performance of the transformer.

The winding is the circuit part of the pad mounted residential transformer , which is generally made of copper or aluminum wire wrapped with insulating paper and then wound. Based on the customer's requirements for the technical parameters of the 3 phase delta to wye transformer, Daelim use the copper wire or aluminum wire with the most suitable cross-sectional area to help you reduce costs while reducing the load loss of the transformer.
